We bottled up my dadi's kitchen so you could carry it anywhere

Oran started in a Jaipur home kitchen with recipes passed down three generations — now packed to travel, without losing what made them worth passing down.

Why we started

Growing up, Sunday meant dal bati churma at my grandmother's house — hours of slow cooking, coal-roasted bati, ghee melting into every bite. When I moved away for work, I missed it more than I expected to.

Oran exists so that meal doesn't have to stay behind in Jaipur. Every dish is made the way it always was — we just figured out how to make it travel.
